Welcome to the Faith Haven Shop’s Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview

This Affiliate Program is operated by Faith Haven Shop. Affiliates earn commissions by promoting our products and referring customers through unique affiliate links, QR codes, and discount codes

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:
– Be at least 18 years old
– Provide accurate account and payment information
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

3. Commissions

– Affiliates earn 10% baseline commission on qualifying sales

– Commissions are calculated based on the product subtotal only
– Shipping costs and taxes are excluded

Our affiliates are also given bonuses based on performace.

4. Cookie Duration

Affiliate referrals are tracked for 30 days from the initial click using cookies.

5. Payouts

– Payouts are issued on the last day of each month
– A minimum balance of $50 is required before a payout is issued. If your payout amount is under $50, your pay will rollover into the following payout period.
– Payments are sent via PayPal (or other agreed-upon methods like PayPal, CashApp, Stripe or Direct Bank Transfer)

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

– Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded orders
– A 30-day refund grace period applies
– If a sale is refunded, the associated commission will be voided

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

– Engage in spam or unsolicited messaging
– Use misleading or deceptive marketing practices
– Bid on branded keywords in paid ads (e.g., “Faith Haven Shop”)
– Impersonate our brand or represent themselves as official employees

8. Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not earn commissions on purchases made through their own affiliate links.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Faith Haven Shop is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of revenue or commissions.
