Refund & Returns Policy

At Faith Haven Shop, we strive to provide high-quality products and a positive customer experience.
Because many of our products are custom printed on demand, our return and refund policies differ from traditional retail stores.
1. Products Printed On-Demand
Many items in our store are produced only after you place your order.
Because of this made-to-order process:
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
• ordering the wrong size
• ordering the wrong color
• change of mind
• incorrect selections made during checkout
Print-on-demand items cannot be restocked or resold once produced.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives:
• damaged
• misprinted
• defective
• incorrect product sent
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the product
In many cases, you will not need to return the item.
Once verified, we may:
• send a replacement product
• issue a refund
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it:
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact the shipping carrier
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we may issue a replacement or refund after investigation.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled because the item is already being manufactured.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may take:
5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Digital Products
If you place any order for digital downloads, they are:
non-refundable once downloaded
unless there is a technical issue preventing access.
7. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve the problem.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:
• order suspension
• account restrictions
• refusal of future service
